The Doctor A. H. Locket Scholarship Ministry was established by the current Pastor, Doctor Tony F. Drayton in honor of Saint James Church’s founding Pastor, Doctor A. H. Lockett. The Scholarship Ministry acknowledges the graduates of Saint James Church. When funding allows, the Ministry opens for applicants across Palm Beach County to assist in their academic pursuit.
