The Pastor’s Aide Ministry supports the vision, leadership, and well-being of the Pastor and First Family through encouragement, appreciation, and service. This ministry helps coordinate special recognitions, ministry support efforts, and opportunities to bless and uplift pastoral leadership. The Pastor’s Aide Ministry works to strengthen the connection between the congregation and church leadership while helping ensure that the Pastor is supported spiritually and practically.
